Moko attends a school in Tokyo and spends a fun day with her best friend Hikaru. Our daily routine is to stop by a convenience store on the way home from school to eat sweets and chat. One day, she learns that Hikaru has been shoplifting, and out of a sense of justice, she chastises him, but she says it was all due to the stress of studying for entrance exams, and vows to never do it again. However, the next day, Hikaru shoplifts and is caught by the convenience store manager, who then puts the items in Moko's bag and blames her for the crime.
